Find the products Google and Meta refuse to show

Shopping channels silently drop products with missing barcodes, categories or images. Nothing in the Shopify admin tells you it happened. Feedwatch scans your catalog, tells you how much stock is affected, and fixes it in a click.

Reads and writes your product catalog only. It never asks for order or customer data.

The Feedwatch home screen inside the Shopify admin, showing $477,135 of blocked catalog value across 14 products

What it looks for

Three things a shopping channel will not list a product without. Each one is checked on every active product, every variant.

  • Missing barcodeGoogle and Meta match a listing to a product by its GTIN. Without one — or with one that is not a valid GTIN — the listing is rejected.
  • Missing product categoryA product with no category in Shopify's taxonomy cannot be placed in a shopping channel's own catalogue.
  • No product imageA product with nothing to show is dropped outright. No channel lists a blank tile.

How it works

  1. 1

    It scans while it installs

The first scan starts during installation. There is no setup form, no account, and nothing to connect — Feedwatch reads the catalog you already have.

  2. 2

Every issue is priced in your own stock

Each product is counted at your price times your inventory quantity, so the list is ordered by what it is actually costing you. Feedwatch never estimates revenue it cannot see.

  3. 3

Fix it in the same screen

Type the barcode, or pick a category and apply it to a hundred products at once. Changes are written straight to your catalog through the Admin API.

What makes it different

  • See the cost, not a checklistEvery issue is priced in your own stock value — “47 products are invisible on shopping channels, that’s $18,432 of stock” — so you know what to fix first.
  • Fix it without leaving the appAdd a barcode, set a product category, one product at a time or hundreds at once. Changes are written straight back to your catalog.
  • A weekly email, not another dashboardFeedwatch emails you what broke this week and what it costs. You never have to remember to log in.

What it never asks for

Feedwatch requests two permissions and no others: read_products and write_products. It holds no order data and no customer data, so there is nothing of your shoppers’ for it to lose. Uninstall it and everything it keeps about your store is deleted straight away.

Getting started

Installing Feedwatch is the whole of setup: the first scan runs while it installs, and the results are on screen when it finishes.
